Vision
In 1404 A.H. Iranian Higher Education Journal is a scientific research journal with an A rating in the ranking of the country's scientific journals, as well as the top journal in the field of management, planning and policy studies in Iran's higher education and its future research. By publishing articles containing new ideas in higher education, the quarterly works as one of the most important reference sources for experts, researchers, and policymakers in the country in specialized articles and books and strategic programs in this field.

The purpose of Higher Education Journal is to publish scientific-research articles in the field of higher education.
