urpose: The purpose of the paper is to examine the relationship between knowledge leadership worldview and development climate.
Method: Participants were 312 personnel (101 faculty and 210 employees from Shiraz University) chosen using Simple Random Sampling Method. All of the participants completed scales of knowledge leadership worldview and development climate. Data were analyzed with path analysis model by using LISREL software.
Results: Results showed that the dominant component of knowledge leadership worldview was technology. There is a positive and significant relationship between components of knowledge leadership worldview and development climate. Knowledge leadership worldview had a structural effect on development climate directly.
Discussion :Knowledge leadership worldview can directly affect development climate. Practical implications of the findings were discussed.
