Higher education, postmodern approach and the development of industrial clusters
Abstract:   (7512 Views)

the results of successful industrial clusters in industrialized countries have attracted much attention from administrators and educational and economic planners. Since this approach is influenced by postmodern doctrines, teachings that even educational systems, including the training of human resources in higher education is affected. These efforts to reform training and education policy are an integral part of the curriculum. The exact same features of this approach can be considered in orbital model. At its core was the rejection of metanarratives and other features around it, and close to the core, depending on the impact a metanarrative gets. This is because in Newtonian physics it was thought that each atom has a structure similar to a solar system and electrons revolve around the nucleus in fixed orbits. But in the quantum theory, the atom does not have such a view of the electrons and they do not move in a fixed orbit, but are a moment at this point and at another point another moment. In other words, the place of the electron cannot be predicted. This unpredictability not only applies to electrons but also applies to other atomic particles. The aim of this paper is to use postmodern views to analyze if rejection of meta-narratives is   located in the center. Other features, like electrons around the nucleus, and its location cannot be accurately predicted and depending on the conditions in the community will feature a different location given the importance of industrial clusters in the modern industrial world, the relationship between this approach and the development of industrial clusters has been discussed with the new features of the modern consumer. The result is that these features have affected the supply and demand of goods and services, followed by the supply and demand of human and even the type of skills (Innovation skills, Flexibility, teamwork and problem solving ability,) required to meet industry needs
