The process of evaluating articles |

According to paragraph 2 of the regulation "Determining the cost of processing articles in open access journals" approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, under notification number 162229 dated 1/2/1401, the cost of processing and publishing each short article in the Journal of Iranian Higher Education in Iran is 15 million rials has been determined. Therefore, the cost of reviewing, printing, and publishing all articles sent to the journal since 2/24/1401 is as follows:
- The cost of expert evaluation and refereeing of articles is 500,000 Tomans
- The cost of printing and publication, if approved by expert judges, is 1,000,000 Tomans
It should be noted that the articles that are sent to the journal and are not included in the priorities of the journal in the initial evaluation stages by the editorial board based on the strategic goals of the journal, do not include a fee.
