fa بررسی قابلیت‌های بالقوه گرو‌ه‌های آموزشی دانشکده علوم انسانی در زمینه مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی Analysis of the Potentials of Departments in Faculty of Humanities in Terms of Social Responsibility تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی ظرفیت و قابلیت‌های بالقوه گرو‌ه‌های آموزشی دانشکده علوم انسانی در زمینه مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی بود. روش: این پژوهش با شیوه مطالعه موردی انجام شد. میدان پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران گروه‌های آموزشی دانشکده علوم انسانی دانشگاه بوعلی سینا همدان که به روش ملاکی و قاعده رسیدن به حد اشباع داده‌ها، 10 نفر به‌عنوان مشارکت‌کننده انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار مورداستفاده مصاحبه‌ نیمه ساختاریافته بود. جهت تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده گردید. اعتبار داده‌ها از طریق بازبینی اعضا و ممیز خارجی تعیین و اعتبار یافته‌ها با استفاده از روش CVR مشخص گردید. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد ظرفیت و قابلیت‌های بالقوه گرو‌ه‌های آموزشی دانشکده علوم انسانی در زمینه مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی شامل، پاسخ‌گویی به نیازهای جامعه محلی، تعامل سازنده با نهادهای مدنی و سمن‌ها در حوزه نیازهای اجتماعی، تلاش برای تحقق دانشگاه سبز، توجه به تسهیل آموزش برای دانشجویان با نیازهای ویژه، توجه به توسعه هویت اسلامی-‌ایرانی، پذیریش و تکریم اصل چند فرهنگی، توسعه آموزش تم‌‌محور، تربیت فراگیرانی سازگار با تغییرات مستمر در کلیه ابعاد زندگی، توجه به توسعه آموزش بدون مرز، توجه به توسعه آموزش شهروندی، توجه به پیوند تحقیقات دانشگاهی با نیازهای جامعه محلی، تأکید بر گسترش و اشاعه دانش، تولید و ابداع نظریه‌های بومی، تسهیل فعالیت‌های داوطلبانه و خیرخواهانه، ترویج مدیریت اخلاق‌مدار، پرورش دانشجویانی فکور، نقاد و کارآمد، تلاش در جهت دانش‌افزایی، اساتید در حوزه مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشگاه، توجه ویژه به توسعه روش‌ها و ابزارهای نوین یاددهی-‌یادگیری و ایجاد انگیزه برای مشارکت فعال در حوزه مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشگاه، می‌باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: درنهایت می‌توان بیان نمود که پرداختن به مسائل و چالش‌های نوظهور جامعه، مستلزم شناسایی ظرفیت‌ها و قابلیت‌های‌ گروه‌های آموزشی در زمینه مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی می‌باشد، چنین کوششی نویدبخش آینده‌ای روشن‌تر برای توسعه پایدار جامعه است. Objective: This study aimed to identify the capacities and potential capabilities of the university departments of the Faculty of Humanities in the field of social responsibility. Method: Employing a case study design, the research population consisted of all heads of university departments at Hamedan Bu-Ali Sina University. Using criterion-based sampling and the principle of data saturation, nine participants were selected. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and were analyzed using thematic analysis. Data credibility was ensured through member checking and external auditing, while the validity of the findings was confirmed using the CVR method. Results: The results indicated that the capacities and potential of the educational departments regarding social responsibility include: responding to the needs of the local community; constructive collaboration with civil institutions and NGOs in addressing social needs; efforts to realize a green university; facilitating education for students with special needs; strengthening Islamic-Iranian identity; embracing and respecting multiculturalism; promoting theme-based education; preparing learners to adapt to continuous changes in all dimensions of life; advancing borderless and citizenship education; linking academic research with local community needs; expanding and disseminating knowledge; producing and developing indigenous theories; facilitating voluntary and charitable activities; promoting ethical management; nurturing thoughtful, critical, and efficient students; enhancing faculty knowledge in the field of university social responsibility; focusing on methods and tools for innovative teaching and learning; and creating motivation for active participation in the field of university social responsibility Conclusion: Ultimately, it can be stated that addressing the emerging issues and challenges of society requires identifying the capacities and capabilities of academic departments in the realm of social responsibility.
