fa شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های پیوست اقتصادی در مدیریت دانشگاهی Identifying the Dimensions and Components of Economic annex in University Administration تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف: هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های پیوست اقتصادی در مدیریت دانشگاهی و ارائه چارچوبی نظام‌مند، جهت ارتقای کارآمدی اقتصادی برنامه‌ها و فعالیت‌های دانشگاهی است. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، کیفی بوده و با استفاده از روش فراترکیب انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه منابع و پایگاههای علمی داخلی و خارجی در حوزه مدیریت اقتصادی و پیوست اقتصادی در اداره دانشگاه‌ها، در بازه زمانی 2025-2015 و 1404-1394 است. پس از مطالعات و بررسی‌های لازم 305 مقاله با استفاده از ابزار کاسب استخراج و درنهایت 82 مقاله به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب و اعتبار آن از طریق آزمون کاپای کوهن تأیید گردید. یافتهها: در این پژوهش ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های پیوست اقتصادی در مدیریت دانشگاهها با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی در قالب 79 مفهوم کلیدی، 22 مفهوم ثانویه (مؤلفه) و 8 مقوله (ابعاد) اصلی استخراج شدند. ابعاد اصلی شناسایی‌شده عبارت‌اند از: مدیریت بهینه منابع مالی، تأمین، توسعه و پایداری مالی، توسعه سرمایه انسانی، توجه به مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشگاه، توجه به رویکردهای نوین اقتصادی، تقویت ارتباط و تعامل با صنعت و بازار، همسویی با برنامه‌ها و سیاست‌های کلان دانشگاه و حضور در عرصه بینالملل که در نهایت در قالب یک الگوی تلفیقی شامل ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های پیوست اقتصادی ارائه شدند. نتیجهگیری: یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که در فرایند مدیریت دانشگاهی توجه به آموزه‌ها و ملاحظات اقتصاد آموزش، ضرورتی عقلانی و راهبردی است این جریان می‌تواند به‌واسطه پیوست اقتصادی، به ارتقای کارکردهای اقتصادی دانشگاه، از جمله بهبود مدیریت منابع، افزایش استقلال و پایداری مالی، ارتقای بهره‌وری در تخصیص منابع و توسعه فرهنگ و مسئولیت‌پذیری اقتصادی دانشگاه‌ها در سطح جامعه منجر شود.   Objective: This study aims to identify the dimensions and components of the economic annex in university management and propose a structured framework for improving the economic efficiency of university programs and operations. Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in nature, conducted through the meta-synthesis method. The statistical population includes all domestic and international scientific sources and databases related to economic management and economic annex in university administration, within the time frame of 2015 to 2025 (1394–1404 in the Iranian calendar). After systematic review and screening, 305 articles were initially extracted using the CASP tool, of which 82 were purposefully selected. Their validity was confirmed through Cohen’s Kappa coefficient test. Findings: Through qualitative content analysis, this study identified 79 key concepts, 22 intermediate components, and 8 main dimensions of the economic annex in university management. The main dimensions include: optimal financial resource management; financial provision, development, and sustainability; human capital development; social responsibility of universities; attention to emerging economic approaches; strengthening university–industry interactions; alignment with macro-university policies; and international engagement. These dimensions were ultimately conceptualized within an integrated model. Conclusion: The findings suggest that incorporating educational economic considerations into university management is a rational and strategic necessity.
