fa ارزیابی عملکرد نظام آموزش عالی مطالعه موردی مؤسّسه‌های آموزشی علمی‌کاربردی (ترمیک و پودمانی) در شهر تهران (1385) عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 22.7pt 0.0001pt 26.95pt text-indent: 0.3pt line-height: 20.3pt"><span lang="FA" style="font-family: 'B Lotus' letter-spacing: -0.2pt">عملکرد مؤسّسه‌های علمی‌کاربردی شهر تهران هدف بررسی‌این پژوهش است که به شیوه پیمایشی انجام شده است. اطّلاعات لازم برای‌این بررسی از طریق دو نوع پرسش‌نامه مدیران و دانشجویان به ‌‌دست ‌‌‌آمده است. بخش دیگر اطّلاعات در طی مشاهده و مصاحبه با دانشجویان، مدیران و استادان مؤسّسه‌های علمی‌کاربردی کسب شده است. 20 مؤسّسه مرتبط در سطح شهر تهران به روش نمونه‌گیری «تصادفی ساده» انتخاب شدند. مهمترین نتایج در بخش تجزیه و تحلیل اطّلاعات به قرار ذیل است: چشم‌انداز مثبتی از انتظارات مؤسّسه‌های علمی‌کاربردی اعم از مسئولان و دانشجویان نسبت به به این مراکز دیده نشده است. به نظر می‌رسد عملکرد این مراکز در بخشی از زمینه‌ها در راستای برنامه‌ها و اهداف معین در آیین‌نامه تأسیس این مراکز نیست. امکانات و منابع قابل توجّهی به کار گرفته شده است؛ لیکن خروجی این داده‌ها مقبول و مطلوب عوامل دست‌اندرکار اعم از مدیران و به‌‌خصوص دانشجویان نیست. به نظر می‌رسد کاربردی نبودن آموزش‌های مراکز علمی‌کاربردی مهم‌ترین ضعف و کاستی آن‌هاست. ‌این در حالی است که کاربردی و مهارتی بودن آموزش‌های علمی‌کاربردی مهم‌ترین هدف تأسیس چنین مراکزی است. جمع این دو گزاره نشان می‌دهد که مؤسّسه‌های علمی ‌کاربردی از مهم‌ترین هدف پایه‌گذاران منحرف شده‌اند‌. <o:p /></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left text-indent: 12.75pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><span style="font-size: 10pt">This paper is to analyze the performance of scientificpractical organizations in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Tehran</st1:city></st1:place> through the survey. The required data have been collected through two kinds of students and managers questionnaires. The other part of data has been gathered trough the interview with students, managers and the professors.15 related scientificpractical centers and organizations were listed and among them some samples were selected randomly. The main findings are as followed: there is no positive perspective toward their intended expectations. It seems these organizations have been deviated from their own intended missions. <o:p /></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left text-indent: 12.75pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><span style="font-size: 10pt">Although they deployed various and appropriate facilities, their performance is not convincing.
