fa بازنمایی تولید دانش رهبری و مدیریت آموزشی در مجلات تخصصی بین‌المللی و پایگاه‌های داده جهانی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">هدف:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"> هدف پژوهش حاضر، بازنمایی تولید دانش رهبری و مدیریت آموزشی اعضای هیئت‌علمی گروه مدیریت آموزشی دانشگاه‌های دولتی ایران در مجلات تخصصی بین‌المللی و پایگاه‌های وب‌آو‌ساینس و اسکوپوس در نظر گرفته شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"> جستجوی جامعی بدون محدودیت زمانی در 8 مجله تخصصی بین‌المللی رهبری و مدیریت آموزشی و پایگاه‌های وب‌آو‌ساینس و اسکوپوس انجام شد. تعداد 150 مقاله استخراج و تمامی آنان تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز شامل عنوان مقالات و مجلات، سال‌انتشار، نویسنده (نویسندگان)، جنسیت، وابستگی‌سازمانی، کلمات‌کلیدی، تعداد استنادها و چکیده با استفاده از چک‌لیست استخراج گردید.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"> یافته‌ها نشان داد در سال‌های اخیر تعداد مقالات نمایه شده در اسکوپوس و وب‌آو‌‌‌‌ساینس افزایش یافته است. نقش زنان در انتشار مقالات پررنگ‌ بوده به‌گونه‌ای که 122 زن در انتشار 67/56 درصد مقالات حضور داشتند. حوزه &laquo;آموزش عالی&raquo; طیف گسترده‌ای از مقالات (33/47 درصد) را به خود اختصاص داده بود. با بررسی عناوین مجلات مشخص شد تنوع مجلات بسیار زیاد بوده </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">و </span><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">فقط 8 مقاله (33/5 درصد) در مجلات تخصصی بین‌المللی رهبری و مدیریت آموزشی منتشر شده بودند. 18 مقاله (6/10 درصد) نویسنده (نویسندگانی) داشتند که وابستگی سازمانی آن‌ها خارج از کشور ایران بود.</span> <span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">میانگین استناد مقالات نمایه شده در اسکوپوس 01/3 و وب‌آو‌ساینس 78/1 بود. این ادبیات با کانون‌های موضوعی متمرکز بر مسائل پیرامون رهبری و رفتار</span> <span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">سازمانی بود. این بررسی 8 حیطه اصلی (رهبری و مدیریت، ارزشیابی، مدیریت دانش، فرهنگ‌سازمانی، اقتصاد آموزش، یاددهی-یادگیری، رفتار سازمانی و عملکرد سازمانی) را شناسایی کرد. همچنین یافته‌ها تغییر پارادایم از &laquo;مدیریت&raquo; به &laquo;رهبری&raquo; را نشان دادند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">: یافته‌های پژوهش می‌تواند بینش و درک عمیق‌تری از کمیت ‌و‌‌‌‌ کیفیت تولیدات دانش رهبری‌ و مدیریت آموزشی به وجود آورد تا در تصمیمات آینده برای گروه مدیریت آموزشی راه گشا باشد و اعضای هیئت‌علمی تلاش‌های خود را متمرکز جهت‌هایی کنند که بیشترین نوید را در تقویت دانش رهبری و مدیریت آموزشی ایران به ارمغان آورد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:normal"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Objective:</span></span></b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> The aim of this study was to identify knowledge production of leadership and educational management of the faculty members of the educational management department</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">s</span></span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> of Iranian public universities in international specialized journals and Web of science and Scopus databases.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:normal"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Materials and Methods:</span></span></b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> A comprehensive search without time limit was conducted in 8 international specialized journals of educational leadership and management in Web of Science and Scopus databases. 150 articles were extracted and all of them were analyzed. Required information including titles of articles and journals, year of publication, author(s), gender, organizational affiliation, keywords, number of citations and abstracts were extracted using a checklist.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:normal"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results:</span></span></b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> The results showed that in recent years the number of articles indexed in Scopus and Web of </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">S</span></span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">cience has increased. The role of women in publishing articles was so prominent that 122 women were involved in writing 56/67% of articles. The field of &quot;higher education&quot; had a wide range of articles (47/33%). Examining the titles of the journals, it was found that the variety of journals was very high and only 8 articles (5/33%) were published in international specialized journals on educational leadership and management. 18 articles (10/6%) had authors (authors) whose organizational affiliation was outside of Iran. The average citation rate of articles indexed in Scopus was 3.01 and that of Web of science was 1.78. This literature focused on themes and </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">issues</span></span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> of leadership and organizational behavior. This study identified 8 main areas (leadership and management, evaluation, knowledge management, organizational culture, educational economics, teaching-learning, organizational behavior and organizational performance).
