fa تحلیل پراکندگی رشته‌ها و شرایط پذیرش پذیرفته‌شدگان دوره دکتری آموزش عالی در ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">دانشگاه‌های ایران از ابتدای تعریف دوره دکتری آموزش عالی، تعداد دانشجویانی با رشته‌های مختلف در مقاطع قبلی پذیرفته‌اند. هدف از این پژوهش، تحلیل وضع موجود رشته آموزش عالی در ایران از نظر تعداد پذیرفته‌شدگان در دانشگاه‌های مختلف</span> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">و همچنین تحلیل پراکندگی رشته مقاطع قبلی پذیرفته‌شدگان آموزش عالی است. همچنین پیشنهادهایی به‌عنوان پیش‌شرط یا شرایط پذیرش در دوره دکتری آموزش عالی با توجه به تجربه‌های بین‌المللی ارائه می‌گردد. <span style="color:black">پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و</span></span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"> گردآوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای، با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی </span></span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">به روش تحلیل مضامین و انباشت نگاشتی از طریق سند کاوی </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">و استفاده از </span></span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">طرح پژوهش غیرآزمایشی </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">تدوین‌شده </span></span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه پذیرفته‌شدگان دانشگاه‌های سراسری دوره دکتری آموزش عالی از سال 90 تا 98 بودند. </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">جهت پیشنهاد پیش‌شرط یا شرایط پذیرش در دوره دکتری آموزش عالی از روش پژوهش مطالعه تطبیقی استفاده شد. </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">بر اساس نتایج پژوهش </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">تعداد پذیرفته‌شدگان دوره دکتری آموزش عالی از سال 90 تا 94 روندی افزایشی داشته و از سال 95 روند افزایشی آن متوقف و تقریباً ثابت مانده است و از سال 97 همگام با روند کلی کاهش ظرفیت پذیرش دوره دکتری، کاهش‌یافته است. دانشگاه شهید بهشتی و علامه طباطبایی (46% از کل پذیرفته‌شدگان) بیشترین و دانشگاه اصفهان کمترین سهم (2%) را در پذیرش دانشجوی دکتری این دوره داشته‌اند. </span><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">گروه علوم تربیتی و دبیری و آموزش، زبان‌های خارجی، مهندسی، علوم پزشکی و مدیریت و علوم اقتصادی بیشترین و رشته‌های علوم اجتماعی، روانشناسی، هنر و معارف نیز کمترین سهم را در رشته مقاطع قبلی پذیرفته‌شدگان دارند. تعریف حوزه </span><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">پژوهشی مرتبط با حوزه تخصصی مقاطع قبلی پذیرفته‌شدگان، 3 تا 5 سال تجربه فعالیت حرفه‌ای، پژوهشی، تدریس، ارزشیابی یا مدیریت در حوزه آموزش عالی، توصیه‌نامه از اعضای هیئت‌علمی و ... </span></span><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">به‌عنوان شرایط و پیش‌نیازهای پذیرش در دوره دکتری پیشنهاد شدند.</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span dir="LTR"></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Iranian universities have accepted a number of students with different majors in previous courses since the beginning of the definition of the doctoral program in higher education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation of higher education in Iran in terms of the number of applicants to different universities and also to analyze the dispersion of the field of previous admissions to higher education. Suggestions are also offered as a prerequisite or admission requirements for a doctoral degree in higher education based on international experience. The research has been compiled using descriptive-analytical method and collection of library information, using qualitative content analysis method by themes analysis method and spatial accumulation through document mining and using non-experimental research design. The statistical population of the study was all those admitted to the national universities of higher education from 90 to 98. The comparative study research method was used to suggest preconditions or admission conditions in the doctoral program of higher education. According to the research results, the number of those admitted to the doctoral program in higher education has been increasing from 1990 to 1994, and since 1995, its increasing trend has stopped and remained almost constant. Shahid Beheshti University and Allameh Tabatabai University (46% of the total admissions) had the highest and the University of Isfahan had the lowest share (2%) in the admission of PhD students. The departments of educational sciences and teaching, foreign languages, engineering, medical sciences and management, and economic sciences have the most and the fields of social sciences, psychology, arts and education also have the lowest share in the field of previous admissions.
