fa مؤلفه های جهانی شدن دانشگاه در نظام دانشگاهی ایران ازنظر صاحب‌نظران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی مؤلفه&shy; های جهانی&shy; شدن دانشگاه در نظام دانشگاهی ایران ازنظر صاحب‌نظران بود.</span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;">روش&shy; شناسی: پژوهش از نوع کیفی و روش آن مصاحبه بود. مشارکت&shy; کنندگان پژوهش، صاحب‌نظران و متخصصان آموزش عالی در حوزه جهانی‌شدن دانشگاه بودند که بر اساس نمونه&shy; گیری هدفمند تا رسیدن اشباع نظری با 21 نفر از آن&shy;ها مصاحبه عمیق صورت گرفت. یافته&shy; ها: پس از گردآوری داده &shy;ها، فرایند پالایش، بازخوانی، دسته&shy; بندی و ارائه یافته &shy;ها از طریق فن تحلیل محتوای کیفی متن مصاحبه&shy; ها صورت گرفت. ملاک&shy; های ارزیابی پژوهش کیفی، شامل اعتمادپذیری (معادل روایی درونی در پژوهش کمی)، انتقال&shy; پذیری (معادل روایی بیرونی در پژوهش کمی)، قابلیت اطمینان (معادل پایایی) و تأیید پذیری (معادل عینیت)، بررسی و بر اساس آن، روایی و پایایی پژوهش تأیید شد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، الگویی شامل 6 عامل (جهانی &shy;شدن فرهنگ؛ جهانی &shy;شدن سیاسی؛ جهانی&shy; شدن اقتصاد؛ جهانی &shy;شدن اجتماعی؛ جهانی‌شدن علمی؛ جهانی&shy; شدن مدیریت) و 26 مقوله ترسیم شد که برای جهانی &shy;شدن دانشگاه باید موردتوجه قرار بگیرد.</span></span></span> The purpose of this study was to Identify the components of universities in the Iranian academic system from the viewpoints of experts. The research was qualitative and the method was interview. The Participants of the study was experts and scholars in higher education in the field of globalization of higher education that 21 people were interviewed based on purposive sampling until reaching the theoretical saturation. After collecting the data, the process of refining, retrieval, categorization and presentation of the findings was carried out by analyzing the qualitative content of the interview texts. Qualitative research evaluation criteria including trustworthiness (equivalent to internal validity in quantitative research), transformability (equivalent to external validity in quantitative research), dependability (equivalent to reliability) and confirmability (equivalent to objectivity) were investigated and accordingly, validity and reliability of the study were confirmed.
