fa ارائه الگوی دانشگاه کارآفرین با رویکرد فرا ترکیب تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;">پژوهش حاضر باهدف سنتز ادبیات گسترده در مورد دانشگاه کارآفرین صورت گرفته تا چارچوب جامع و یکپارچه‌ای از دانشگاه را در قالب پارادایم کارآفرینی ارائه نماید. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی است و با روش کیفی فراترکیب<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title=""><span dir="LTR">[1]</span></a> یا سنتز پژوهی انجام‌شده است. جامعه آماری، کلیه مطالعات انجام‌شده در بازه زمانی 1998-2017 می‌باشد، در این راستا 183 پژوهش در زمینه موضوع موردنظر ارزیابی و درنهایت 58 مقاله به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب گردید و با تحلیل محتوا و ترکیب ادبیات مربوطه با روش کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، درمجموع 94 کد 22 مفهوم، 9 مقوله کلیدی طی فرآیند جستجو و ترکیب نظام‌مند انتخاب و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت و اعتبار آن از طریق آزمون کاپای کافمن تأیید گردید. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد مهم‌ترین مقوله‌های کلیدی شناسایی‌شده شامل؛ استراتژی نوآورانه، رهبری کارآفرینانه، فعالیت‌های اقتصادی کارآفرینانه، فرهنگ کارآفرینانه، ساختار منعطف، سیاست‌های آموزشی- حمایتی، تأمین منابع، سازگاری با محیط نوآورانه و شبکه‌سازی است که در سه رده عوامل اصلی، زمینه‌ای و محیطی دسته‌بندی شدند و درنهایت پس از طی مراحل هفت‌گانه پژوهش الگوی جامع دانشگاه کارآفرین تدوین گردید. این پژوهش درک عمیق از ادبیات موجود در مورد دانشگاه کارآفرین را با سازماندهی عوامل مؤثر بر آن ارائه می‌دهد و می‌تواند در سیاست‌گذاری آموزش عالی جهت گذر از دانشگاه‌های تحقیقاتی به کارآفرین مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.</span></span></div> <div></div> <div><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><div style="text-align: justify;"></div></span></span> <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" > <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:yekanyw;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><a href="#_ftnref1" name="_ftn1" title=""><span dir="LTR">[1]</span></a> .<span dir="LTR"> Meta-synthesise</span></span></span></div> <div id="ftn1" style="text-align: justify;"></div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of this study was to synthesize an extensive literature on Entrepreneurship University in order to present a comprehensive and integrated framework of university in the format of entrepreneurship paradigm.&nbsp; This research is applied, and the method is Meta-Synthesis. In this regard, 183 studies were evaluated on the topic, and finally 58 articles were selected purposefully and analyzed by open, pivotal, and selective coding method. A total of 94 codes, 22 concepts, 9 key categories were selected and analyzed during the systematic search and synthesis process and their validity was confirmed by Kauffman&#39;s kappa test. The results of the analysis showed that the most important identified key themes are: Innovative strategy, entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial economic activities, entrepreneurial culture, flexible structure, educational and support policies, sourcing, adaptability to the environment, and networking. These categories were categorized into three Main, Contextual and Environmental factors, and finally, after seven stages of research, a comprehensive model of Entrepreneurship University was formulated.
