fa تحلیل و رتبه‌ بندی تأمین منابع مالی غیردولتی از دیدگاه اعضا هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه مازندران Analysis and ranking of non-governmental financial resources from the point of view of Mazandaran University faculty members تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف: در چند سال اخیر سرعت افزایش هزینه‌ها و کاهش بودجه عمومی مؤسسات آموزش عالی باعث شده تا دانشگاه‌ها به فکر تأمین منابع مالی از راه‌های متنوع و جدید باشند و به نوآوری در منابع درآمدی خود بپردازند. ازاین‌رو هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل و رتبه‌بندی تأمین منابع مالی غیردولتی از دیدگاه اعضا هیئت‌علمی در دانشگاه مازندران می‌باشد. روش‌شناسی: روش تحقیق در این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، 407 نفر از اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه مازندران بودند که بر اساس جدول مورگان 196 نفر از آن‌ها به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که در آن مؤلفه‌های تأمین منابع مالی غیردولتی کارآمد شناسایی و در مجموع 29 گویه طراحی شد. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه توسط 10 صاحب‌نظر و پایایی آن توسط 30 صاحب‌نظر و با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ موردبررسی و تایید قرار گرفت. در تحلیل داده‌ها و بررسی پرسش‌های پژوهش جهت بررسی وضعیت مؤلفه‌ها از نرم افزر Spss26 (آزمون آماری t تک نمونه‌ای) و از نرم افزار Expert Choice11 (آزمون AHP) به منظور اولویت‌بندی در مؤلفه‌ها بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که مؤلفه‌های آموزشی، عمرانی، تسهیلات بانکی، صنایع و شرکت‌ها، موقوفات و کمک‌های مردمی، پژوهشی و بازار پول و سرمایه از مؤلفه‌های تأمین منابع مالی غیردولتی کارآمد در دانشگاه می‌باشند. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان داد که مؤلفه صنایع و شرکت‌ها با وزن 200/0 دارای بالاترین رتبه در بین مؤلفه‌های مربوط به تأمین منابع مالی غیردولتی دانشگاه می‌باشد. همچنین مؤلفه‌های پژوهشی، موقوفات و کمک‌های مردمی، آموزشی، عمرانی، بازار پول و سرمایه و تسهیلات بانکی به ترتیب با وزن‌های 193/0، 156/0، 139/0، 122/0، 100/0 و 09/0 در رتبه‌های بعدی قرار دارند. نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد که بخشی از ارزش کار علمی دانشگاه در جامعه و صنعت به‌عنوان مهم ترین مؤلفه تأمین مالی، قابل‌فروش باشد و ذی‌نفعان باید بهای دستاوردها و کالاهای آموزشی، پژوهشی و فناوری را که از سوی دانشگاه تولید می‌شود، بپردازند. به‌واسطۀ توسعۀ پژوهشی، مؤسسات دانشگاهی رابطۀ کارآمدتری با صنعت برقرار خواهند کرد، صنایع مختلف به‌طور فزاینده‌ای اهمیت ایجاد دانش را درک می‌کنند و به دنبال اتحاد با دانشگاه‌ها هستند تا نه‌تنها پایگاه دانش خود را تقویت کنند، بلکه مزیت رقابتی نیز کسب کنند. در نهایت نیز پیشنهاد می‌گردد ارتباط دانشگاه با جامعه و صنایع در اولویت قرار گیرد. Objective: In the last few years, the speed of increasing costs and reducing the public budget of higher education institutions has made universities to think about providing financial resources in various and new ways and to innovate in their income resources. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to analyze and rank the provision of non-governmental financial resources from the point of view of academic staff members. Methodology: The research method in this research is descriptive. The statistical population of the research was 407 faculty members of Mazandaran University. Therefore, 196 of them were selected by stratified random sampling based on Morgan's table. The tool for collecting information was a researcher-made questionnaire, in which the components of providing efficient non-governmental financial resources were identified and a total of 29 items were designed. The content validity of the questionnaire was checked by 10 reviewers and its reliability confirmed by 30 reviewers using Cronbach's alpha. In analyzing the data and examining the research questions, SPSS26 software (one-sample t-test) and Expert Choice11 software (AHP test) were used to prioritize the components. Findings: The findings of this research showed that the components of education, construction, banking facilities, industries and companies, endowments and public assistance, research and money and capital market are among the components of providing efficient non-governmental financial resources in the university. Also, the findings showed that the component of industries and companies with a weight of 0.200 has the highest rank among the components related to the provision of non-governmental financial resources of the university. Also, the components of research, endowments and public assistance, education, construction and money, capital market and banking facilities are in the next ranks with weights of 0.193, 0.156, 0.139, 0.122, 0.100 and 0.09 respectively. Conclusion: It seems that a part of the value of the scientific work of the university in the society and industry can be sold as the most important component of financing, and the beneficiaries should pay the price of educational, research and technological achievements and goods produced by the university. Through research development, academic institutions will establish a more efficient relationship with industry, various industries increasingly will understand the importance of knowledge creation and will seek alliances with universities to not only strengthen their knowledge base, but also to gain competitive advantage.
