fa طراحی و اعتبار یابی مدل سرمایه‌گذاری در استارتآپهای دانشگاه‌های مهارت محور Designing and Validation an Investment Model in Startups of Skill-Oriented Universities تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده مسئله و هدف: الزامات قانونی و توجه روزافزون به آموزش‌های مهارتی؛ ایده‌های استارتآپی را در این بستر برانگیخته است ولی حمایت مالی دولتی یا بخش خصوصی برای آن‌ها وجود ندارد و یا در ثمردهی آن‌ها کفایت نمی‌کند. این مطالعه با هدف ارائه و اعتبار یابی مدل سرمایهگذاری در استارتآپهای دانشگاه‌های مهارتمحور (دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی و دانشگاه فنی حرفه‌ای) صورت پذیرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه کاربردی و از نوع آمیخته و اکتشافی بوده است. در بخش کیفی، داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه با 14 نفر از خبرگان آشنا به سرمایه گزاری استارتآپهای دانشگاه‌های مهارت محور گردآوری شد. با توجه به داده‌های اولیه و انجام تحلیل پدیدارشناسی، مدل سرمایهگذاری ارائه گردید. در بخش کمی، با توجه به یافته‌های بخش کیفی، پرسشنامه طراحی و مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری بخش کمی مدیران ستادی و استانی دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی و دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای و مدیران انجمن صنفی سرمایه‌گذاری خطرپذیر کشور بوده‌اند که به‌صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای مورد نظرسنجی قرار گرفتند. تحلیل داده‌های کمی از طریق مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار PLS صورت پذیرفت. یافته‌ها: طبق یافته‌های 14 مقوله به‌عنوان شاخص‌های مدل شناسایی شد. مقوله‌ها عبارت‌اند از ارزش‌گذاری استارتآپها، ریسک‌پذیری سرمایه‌گذاری، <a name="_Hlk151168996">پذیرش و مقبولیت جامعه و اعتماد سرمایه‌گذاران به دانشگاه‌های مهارت محور</a>، شرایط کلان اقتصادی، کیفیت کاری دانشگاه، حمایت‌های قانونی، پایداری، نوآوری و توان کارآفرینانه استارتآپ، بازدهی سرمایه‌گذاری، گروهکاری در راه‌اندازی و بازاریابی کارآفرینانه. تمامی مقوله‌های بخش کیفی پس از انجام تحلیل کمی و برازش مدل پژوهش، دارای سطح معنی‌داری و ضرایب تأثیر قابل‌پذیرش بوده و مدل مورد تائید قرار گرفت نتایج: نتایج نشان داد ضمن اینکه سرمایه‌گذاری در استارتآپهای دانشگاه‌های مهارت محور امری مثبت و توسعه‌گراست؛ شاخص‌های مدل، به‌استثنای شاخص نوآوری در ایده‌های استارتآپی دانشگاهی و پذیرش و مقبولیت جامعه و اعتماد سرمایه‌گذاران به دانشگاه‌های مهارت محور تا حدودی مشابه با چالش‌های سرمایه‌گذاری عمومی و موجود در بستر شرایط سیاسی و اقتصادی خاص ایران هستند.  </div> Problem and Purpose: Legal requirements and increasing attention to skill training has stimulated start-up ideas in this field. But, there is no government or private financial support for them, or it is not enough to make them fruitful. The purpose of this study was to present and validate an investment model in startups of skill-oriented universities in Iran. Materials and methods: The present applied study was of mixed and exploratory type. In the qualitative part, the data was collected through interviews with 14 experts familiar with the startup investment of skill-oriented universities. According to the primary data and phenomenological analysis, the investment model was presented. In the quantitative part, according to the findings of the qualitative part, a questionnaire was designed and used. The statistical population was a quantitative part of the headquarter and provincial managers of The University of Applied Sciences and Technical and Vocational University and the managers of the country's venture capital trade association, who were randomly surveyed. Quantitative data analysis was done through structural equation model and PLS software. Findings: According to the findings, 14 categories were identified as model indicators. The categories include valuation of startups, risk-taking of investment<a name="_Hlk151297975">,</a> acceptance and <a name="_Hlk151169080">acceptability of society and trust of investors on skill-oriented universities</a>, macroeconomic conditions, university work quality, legal protections, sustainability, innovation and entrepreneurial power of startups, investment efficiency, teamwork in setting up and entrepreneurial marketing. After performing quantitative analysis and fitness of the research model, all the categories of the qualitative part had a significant, and the model was approved. Results: The results showed that investing in startups of skill-oriented universities is a positive and developmental thing.
