fa تحلیل تجارب زیسته اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه از پیوند آموزش و پژوهش عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">مسئله و هدف: </span></b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">با وجود اهمیت آموزش و پژوهش به‌عنوان دو کارکرد اصلی دانشگاه‌ها و پذیرش این مفروضه جهانی که پژوهش برای آموزش سودمند است و همچنین مبهم بودن جایگاه این دو در سیاست و عمل آموزش عالی،<b> </b></span><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">هدف اصلی این پژوهش، تحلیل تجارب زیسته اعضای هیئت‌علمی گروه علوم انسانی (الف) از پیوند آموزش و پژوهش در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد است.</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"B Lotus""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">روش کار:</span></b> <span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">برای دست‌یابی به این هدف، از روش پژوهش کیفی، از نوع پدیدارشناسی توصیفی بهره گرفته شد. کلیه اعضای هیئت‌علمی گروه علوم انسانی (الف) سرآمد آموزش و پژوهش در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد جامعه موردمطالعه را تشکیل دادند که مشتمل بر 48 نفر بودند. از این میان، 20 نفر به‌عنوان مطلعان کلیدی و با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده‌های موردنیاز از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساخت‌یافته استفاده شد. داده‌های حاصل با استفاده از شیوه کدگذاری باز و محوری تحلیل شد.</span><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"B Lotus""></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها:</span></b> <span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، چهارده مقوله اصلی با هدف درک ماهیت آموزش و ماهیت پژوهش، هفت مقوله اصلی حول محور رابطه آموزش و پژوهش و چهارده مقوله اصلی به‌عنوان عوامل پیش‌برنده و بازدارنده رابطه آموزش و پژوهش شناسایی و استخراج شد.</span><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"B Lotus""></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">نظر به </span></span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">تجارب زیسته اعضای هیئت‌علمی موردمطالعه بین آموزش و پژوهش در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد رابطه وجود دارد و جهت این رابطه به دو شکل مثبت و منفی قابل‌ملاحظه است. </span><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">به نظر می‌رسد رابطه بین پژوهش و آموزش برحسب مقطع تحصیلی و ماهیت رشته تحصیلی نسبی است. چنانکه این رابطه در سطح دکتری قوی‌ترین و در سطح کارشناسی ضعیف‌ترین حالت را به خود اختصاص داده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Problem and goal:</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> Education and research are the two main functions of universities and the usefulness of research for education is considered a universal assumption. However, the place of these two functions in higher education policy and practice is unclear. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to analyze the lived experiences of faculty members of the Department of Humanities (A) from the link between education and research in Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Methodology:</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> To achieve this goal, qualitative research approach and descriptive phenomenological method were used. All faculty members of the Department of Humanities (A) who excelled in education and research at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad formed the studied population, which consisted of 48 people. Among them, 20 people were selected as key informants by purposive sampling method. A semi-structured interview was used to collect the required data. The resulting data were analyzed using the open and axial coding method.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Findings:</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> Based on the findings of this research, fourteen main categories were identified and extracted with the aim of understanding the nature of education and the nature of research, seven main categories centered around the relationship between education and research, and fourteen main categories as factors promoting and inhibiting the relationship between education and research.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Conclusion:</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> According to the lived experiences of the studied faculty members, there is a relationship between education and research in Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, and the direction of this relationship can be observed in both positive and negative ways. It seems that the relationship between research and education is relative according to the level of education and the nature of the field of study.
