fa تحلیل روایتی بر تاریخچه و کارکردهای انستیتوهای تکنولوژی در ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Lotus;">هدف از این پژوهش، تحلیل روایتی بر تاریخچه و کارکردهای انستیتوهای تکنولوژی به‌عنوان نخستین ریشه‌ها و هسته‌های شکل‌گیری آموزش عالی فنی‌وحرفه‌ای امروزی در ایران، به روش کیفی مرور روایتی ‌است.با توجه به ماهیت خاص این مطالعه، جامعه آماری و حجم مطالعاتی در این پژوهش شامل کلیه مطالعات پژوهشی، اسناد و سایت‌ها در زمینه تاریخچه و کارکردهای انستیتوهای تکنولوژی سابق و دانشکده‌ها و آموزشکده‌های فنی‌وحرفه‌ای</span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;">امروزی است که با کلیدواژه</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">&lrm;‌</span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">های تخصصی بدون محدودیت زمانی جستجو شده‌اند. یافته‌ها، مؤید و راهنمای دست‌کم چهار عصر شامل پیش از اسلام، پس از اسلام، عصر پهلوی و عصر پساانقلاب اسلامی است. در عصر پیش از اسلام، سلسله ساسانیان، هخامنشیان و اشکانیان مطالعه و تحلیل شده‌اند. در عصر پس از اسلام؛ دوران صفویه، افشاریه، قاجاریه و بنیان مدرسه دارالفنون بررسی شده است. دوره پهلوی با تقسیم‌بندی به دو بخش پهلوی اول و پهلوی دوم واکاوی شده است. در دوره پساانقلاب اسلامی، پس از شرح ماوقع و توصیف گذرا از وضعیت انستیتوهای تکنولوژی، با تحلیل اسناد موجود، آموزش‌عالی فنی و حرفه‌ای دانشگاه‌سویه در سه دوره مطالعه و تحلیل شده‌است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که آموزش عالی فنی‌وحرفه‌ای به سبب الزامات و تقاضاهای سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فنی همواره جایگاه جدی در نظام آموزش و تعلیم و تربیت ایران داشته است. همچنین، ضرورت توسعه پایدار، بهره‌وری و امنیت ملی و عدالت اجتماعی، ایجاب می‌کند که آموزش عالی فنی‌وحرفه‌ای همچنان بیش‌ازپیش مورد اهتمام سیاست‌گذاران و برنامه‌ریزان باشد. </span><span dir="RTL"> </span> The purpose of this study is a narrative analysis on the history and functions of technology institutes as the first roots of the formation of modern technical and vocational higher education in Iran, using a narrative qualitative review method. All research studies, documents and sites in the field of history and functions of former institutes of technology and modern technical and vocational colleges have been searched with specialized keywords without time limit. The findings support and guide at least four eras, including pre-Islamic, post-Islamic, Pahlavi and post-Islamic eras. In the pre-Islamic era, the Sassanids, Achaemenids and Parthians have been studied and analyzed. In the post-Islamic era; The Safavieh, Afshari and Qajar eras and the foundation of the Dar al-Fonun school have been studied. The Pahlavi period has been analyzed by dividing it into two parts, the first Pahlavi and the second Pahlavi. In the post-Islamic period, after describing the situation and a brief description of the situation of technology institutes, by analyzing the existing documents, higher technical education and university professions have been studied and analyzed in three periods. Findings show that higher technical and vocational education has always had a serious position in the Iranian education system due to political, social, economic and technical requirements and demands.
