fa مقایسه دیدگاه‌های دانشجویان و اعضای هیأت‌علمی درباره وضعیت عدالت رویه‌ای در سیستم گزینش دانشجو در ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Lotus;">یکی از اهداف سیستم گزینش دانشجو، تحقق عدالت هست. در همین راستا، این پژوهش باهدف بررسی عدالت رویه‌ای در سیستم گزینش دانشجو برای مقطع کارشناسی صورت گرفت. برای رسیدن به این هدف از روش پژوهش ترکیبی بهره برده شد. بدین شکل که ابتدا مصاحبه‌هایی با خبرگان انجام گرفت و نهایتاً با روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند و شاخص‌هایی از عدالت رویه‌ای برای بررسی سیستم گزینش دانشجو به دست آمد. سپس پرسشنامه‌ای تهیه و در اختیار دانشجویان و اعضای هیئت‌علمی قرار داده شد تا در رابطه با میزان تحقق شاخص‌های مذکور در سیستم گزینش دانشجو، دیدگاه‌های آنان سنجیده شود. داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی تحلیل شدند و یافته‌هایی به دست آمد. این یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که از دیدگاه هر دو گروه دانشجویان و اعضای هیئت‌علمی، سیستم گزینش دانشجو از جهت عدالت رویه‌ای در وضعیت مناسبی قرار ندارد. همچنین طبق این یافته‌ها می‌توان گفت که اختلاف معنی‌داری میان دیدگاه‌های دانشجویان و اعضای هیئت‌علمی در رابطه با میزان تحقق عدالت رویه‌ای در سیستم گزینش دانشجو وجود دارد.<strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></strong></span><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></strong> One of the aims of the student selection system is to achieve justice. In this regard, the study was conducted to investigate the procedural justice in the student selection system for bachelor&#39;s degrees. To achieve this aim, the mixed method was used. First, data were collected through interviews with experts and analyzed by thematic analysis method, and thus, indexes for procedural justice were obtained to examine the student selection system. Then, the views of students and faculty members regarding the level of fulfillment of the mentioned indexes in the student selection system were collected through a questionnaire and were analyzed with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics and findings were obtained. These findings indicate that both groups of students and faculty members believe the student selection system is not in a good position in terms of procedural justice.
