fa شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی آسیب‌های ساختاری در مؤسسات آموزش عالی غیرانتفاعی مازندران Identification and ranking of structural damages in non-profit higher education institutions of Mazandaran تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و رتبه بندی آسیب‌های ساختار مؤسسات آموزش عالی غیرانتفاعی غیردولتی استان مازندران بود. روش شناسی: در این پژوهش از روش آمیخته استفاده شد، در مرحله کیفی، دادهها با مصاحبه با مطلعین کلیدی جمع‌آوری شدند. با استفاده از این نتایج پرسشنامه محقق ساخته تهیه گردید. در مرحله کمی، روش کلی تحقیق، توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی بود. روایی صوری و روایی محتوی پرسشنامه با بهره گیری از صاحب‌نظران و نخبگان تائید گردید. پایایی آن هم با محاسبه ضریب پایایی به روش کرونباخ 898/0 به دست آمد. پرسشنامه در میان جامعه آماری که هیئت‌مدیره اتحادیه مرکزی غیرانتفاعی کشور و دستاندرکاران غیرانتفاعی مازندران بودند توزیع گردید و 100 پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد. در نهایت با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، استنباطی و نرم افزار SPSS داده ها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی 46 آسیب در سه بعد رسمیت، تمرکز و پیچیدگی شناسایی گردید. برای رتبهبندی آسیبها از آزمون رتبه بندی فریدمن استفاده شد. مشخص گردید که مؤلفه مهجور بودن مؤسسات آموزش عالی غیرانتفاعی در ساختار وزارت علوم در رتبه اول و مؤلفه ضعف وجود دفتر مرکزی غیرانتفاعی غیردولتی در جهت حمایت از مؤسسات در رتبه آخر قرار دارد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به تعداد دانشجویان مؤسسات آموزش عالی غیرانتفاعی و کمک مؤثر این مؤسسات به آموزش عالی کشور باید توجه بیشتری به این بخش از آموزش عالی خصوصی صورت گیرد. نه آنکه این مؤسسات در ساختار وزارت علوم از نظر مهجوریت رتبه نخست را کسب نمایند. درعین‌حال پیشنهاد می‌شود با تغییر نگاه نسبت به آموزش عالی خصوصی از دستاوردهای این پژوهش که در همین راستا است استفاده گردد.   Objective: The purpose of the present study was to identify and rank the structural damages of non-profit non-governmental higher education institutions in Mazandaran province. Materials and Methods: In this research, a mixed method was used. In the qualitative stage, data were collected by interviewing key informants. Using these results, a researcher-made questionnaire was prepared. In the quantitative stage, the general research method was descriptive and of survey type. The face validity and content validity of the questionnaire were confirmed with the help of experts and elites. Its reliability was obtained by calculating the reliability coefficient using Cronbach's method of 0.898. The questionnaire was distributed among the statistical population, which was the board of directors of the central non-profit union of the country and the non-profit workers of Mazandaran, and 100 questionnaires were collected. Finally, the data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics and SPSS software. Result: Using exploratory factor analysis, 46 injuries were identified in the three dimensions of formality, focus and complexity. Friedman's ranking test was used to rank injuries. It was found that the component "abandonment of non-profit higher education institutions in the structure of the Ministry of Science" is in the first rank and the component "weakness of non-profit non-governmental central office to support the institutions" is in the last rank. Conclusion: Considering the number of students of non-profit higher education institutions and the effective contribution of these institutions to the country's higher education, more attention should be paid to this part of private higher education. Not that these institutions are ranked first in the structure of the Ministry of Science in terms of abandonment.
