fa مطالعه مسئولیت اجتماعی گروه‌های آموزشی (نمونه موردی: گروه مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی دانشگاه تهران) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Lotus;">هدف از مقاله پیش‌رو، تحلیل وضعیت مسئولیت اجتماعی گروه مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی دانشگاه تهران می‌باشد؛ بنابراین پس از واکاوی ادبیات پژوهش پنج مؤلفه مسئولیت اجتماعی؛ اخلاقی، قانونی، زیست‌محیطی، مشارکت اجتماعی و اقتصادی که فراوانی بیشتری داشتند به‌عنوان مؤلفه‌های مسئولیت اجتماعی گزینش شدند و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و به‌کارگیری مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته 22 مصاحبه با اعضای هیئت‌علمی و دانشجویان در مقطع دکتری و ارشد انجام شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل مصاحبه‌ها در تحلیل پنج مؤلفه اصلی مسئولیت اجتماعی</span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;">نشان می‌داد در مؤلفه اخلاقی در سه زیر مؤلفه اخلاق آموزشی با 57 درصد رضایت، اخلاق پژوهش با 58 درصد رضایت، اخلاق ارتباطی و تعاملی با 60 درصد نارضایتی، در مؤلفه قانونی با 72 درصد رضایت، در مؤلفه زیست‌محیطی 95 درصد نارضایتی و در مؤلفه‌های اقتصادی و مشارکت اجتماعی 100 درصد نارضایتی وجود داشت. در پایان بر اساس یافته‌های بدست آمده پیشنهادات سیاستی برای نظام آموزش عالی ارائه شده‌است.</span> The purpose of the present article is to analyze the Department of Management and Educational Planning&#39;s social responsibility status, in the University of Tehran. Therefore, after reviewing the research literature, five components of social responsibility; Ethical, legal, environmental, social and economic participation, which were more frequent, were selected as components of social responsibility and using the method of qualitative content analysis and using semi-structured interviews, 22 interviews with faculty members and Ph.D. student and Masters students. Analysis of interviews in the analysis of the five main components of social responsibility showed that in the ethical component in three sub-components: educational ethics with 57% satisfaction, research ethics with 58% satisfaction, communication and interaction ethics with 60% dissatisfaction, in the legal component with 72% satisfaction There was 95% dissatisfaction in the environmental component and 100% dissatisfaction in the economic and social participation components.
