fa طراحی الگوی مشاوره حرفه‌ای در دانشگاه های ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی مشاوره حرفه ایی در دانشگاه های ایران است. طرح پژوهش حاضر کیفی و بر اساس روش پژوهش کیفی گراندد تئوری انجام گردید. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش مطلعان کلیدی و خبرگان در پنج دسته سیاستی، مدیریتی، جامعه‌شناسی، اقتصادی و کارشناسان متخصص در نظر گرفته‌شده اند. از آنجایی که این پژوهش از نوع اکتشافی است مناسب‌ترین نوع نمونه‌گیری، نمونه‌گیری هدفمند است که در این پژوهش از نوع روش گلوله برفی استفاده گردیده است. تعداد نمونه ها با توجه به اشباع نظری به 32 نفر رسید. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در این پژوهش به دلیل جدید بودن موضوع و فقدان نظریه کافی در خصوص موضوع پژوهش مصاحبه های اکتشافی است. بعد از جمع‌آوری داده ها، تجزیه و تحلیل آنان به صورت کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی صورت گرفت که بر اساس تحلیل داده ها مدل مطلوب برای رویکرد مشاوره حرفه ایی در دانشگاه ارائه گردید. براساس یافته ها مقولاتی همچون اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان و جامعه یادگیرنده، حکمرانی دانشگاه، مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشگاه، آئین‌نامه های ارتقاء و کنش‌های ارتباطی بر روی رویکرد مشاوره حرفه ای به عنوان پدیده مرکزی اثر گذار هستند و با استفاده از این مقولات مدل پارادایم مشاوره حرفه ای در راستای رسیدن به دانشگاه پاسخگو ارائه شده است.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of the present paper was to design the professional consulting model in Iranian universities. The current study was conducted with a qualitative design based on Grounded Theory qualitative method. The statistical population of the research consisted of key informants and experts in five groups: political, managerial, sociology, economic, and specialists. As this research is an exploratory study, the most proper sampling method is purposive sampling. Here, the snowball sampling technique was used. The sample size reached 32 given the theoretical saturation. Due to the novelty of the subject and the lack of adequate theory on the research subject, exploratory interviews were used in this research as a data collection tool. The collected data were analyzed in the form of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. Then, the desirable model for the professional consultation approach in the university was proposed based on data analysis.
