Longitudinal (panel) study of student teachers' attitudes towards the elements of the teacher training system in Farhangian University

The current research is a longitudinal study about student teachers' perceptions of the components of the Iranian teacher training system and the teaching profession during their education. To conduct this longitudinal study, the phenomenological method was used and data collection was done in two periods of time, upon the arrival of the students and during their studies. The research community is the incoming student teachers of 2015 Hakim Ferdowsi Campus of Farhangian University, 22 of whom were randomly selected as a sample at the beginning of the research, and 18 of them participated in the collection of information through a panel method during their studies. The research tool is a semi-structured interview, and validation is done by returning the findings to the participants and making necessary corrections. Data analysis has been done by qualitative content analysis and coding method. The findings of the research showed that there is a difference between the attitude of the students upon their arrival and their attitude during their studies towards student elements, curriculum, informal curriculum (social culture), equipment and technology, student housing and welfare, teaching profession and student issues and problems. And their attitude has changed. But in the element of employees, the fulfillment of expectations is done to a large extent, and in the element of professors (instructors), the degree of fulfillment of expectations is moderate. In addition to the difference between initial perceptions and perceptions after lived experience, the themes and categories extracted from some changes in the attitude of student teachers are also significant, and it seems necessary to address them in decision-making and various planning of the Iranian teacher training system.

پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه طولی درباره ادراکات و برداشت‌های دانشجو معلمان از مؤلفه‌های نظام آموزشی تربیت‌معلم ایران و حرفه معلمی در طول تحصیل است. برای انجام این مطالعه طولی از روش پدیدارشناسی استفاده شده و گردآوری اطلاعات در دو بازه زمانی بدو ورود دانشجویان و حین دانش‌آموختگی آنان انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهشی دانشجو معلمان ورودی 1395 پردیس حکیم فردوسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان بوده که نمونه‌ای تصادفی به تعداد 22 نفر در شروع پژوهش انتخاب و با شیوه پانلی از همان نمونه به تعداد 18 نفر در حین دانش‌آموختگی در گردآوری اطلاعات همکاری نمودند. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه نیمه سازمان‌یافته بوده و اعتباریابی از طریق بازگرداندن یافته‌ها به مشارکت‌کنندگان و انجام اصلاحات ضروری صورت پذیرفته است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و کدگذاری انجام شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بین نگرش بدو ورود دانشجویان و نگرش حین دانش‌آموختگی آنان نسبت به عناصر دانشجو، برنامه درسی، برنامه درسی غیررسمی (فرهنگی اجتماعی)، تجهیزات و فناوری، سرای دانشجویی و رفاهی، حرفه معلمی و مسائل و مشکلات دانشجویی تفاوت وجود دارد و نگرش آنان تغییر پیدا کرده است. لیکن در عنصر کارکنان، تحقق انتظارات تا حد زیادی انجام و در عنصر استاد (آموزشگر) میزان تحقق انتظارات در حد متوسط است. علاوه بر وجود تفاوت بین تصورات اولیه و ادراکات پس از تجربه زیسته، مضامین و مقوله‌های استخراجی از برخی تغییرات در نگرش دانشجو معلمان نیز قابل‌توجه بوده و پرداختن به آن‌ها در تصمیم‌گیری و برنامه‌ریزی‌های مختلف نظام آموزشی تربیت‌معلم ایران ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.
